固溶处理对Mg-6Al-2Ca-2Nd合金组织和性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6Al-2Ca-2Nd alloy

摘要 以Mg-6Al-2Ca-2Nd合金为研究对象,在410℃固溶处理不同时间。通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察、能谱分析及硬度测试研究了固溶处理态Mg-6Al-2Ca-2Nd合金组织和性能。结果表明,经固溶处理后,铸态Mg-6Al-2Ca-2Nd合金发生再结晶,铸态枝晶组织特征消失,呈现等轴晶组织特征。随着固溶时间的增加,金属间相含量减少,晶粒尺寸变得粗大;硬度先降低后升高,最后又降低,经20 h固溶后,硬度值最大。 The Mg-6AI-2Ca-2Nd alloy was solution treated at 410℃ for different time. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were observed and tested by optical microscope(OM) , scanning electronic microscope(SEM) , energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and hardmeter. The experimental results show that recrystallization of the as-cast Mg-6A1-2Ca-2Nd alloy takes place, the dendritic structure disappears and equiaxed grain appears after solution treatment. With solution treatment time increasing, intermetallic phase decreases and grain coarsens and the hardness value decreases firstly, then increases and decreases at last. The hardness value reaches maximum when solution treated for 20 h.
