摘要
本文提出了一个新的痕量阴离子表面活性剂的荧光测定方法。其是基于在0.10mol/L盐酸溶液中,阴离子表面话性剂与罗丹明6G生成离子缔合物并被萃取入苯中。该方法的检出限为0.8ng/ml,线性范围为0.8~65ng/ml。应用本法测定江水和污水中痕量阴离子表面活性剂,得到了满意的结果。
A new fluorometric method for determining trace amounts of anionic surfactants is proposed. The methoe is based on the formation of an ionic association with rhodamine 6 G at 0.1 mol/L HCl and its subsequent extraction into benzene. The detection limit for anionic surfactants is 0.8 ng/ml. The linear range of determination is 0.8~65 ng/ml. The method has been used to determine trace anionic surfactants in river water and waste water with satisfactory results.
