摘要
目前学科馆员单打独斗的服务模式存在很大的局限性,相比之下,学科馆员团队的创新理念更加适合国内图书馆实际情况。论文从学科馆员的发展现状,提出建设学科馆员团队的必要性,探讨了如何构建学科馆员团队,学科馆员团队如何开展工作等内容。
The present subject librarian service mode has great limitations. In contrast, the innovative concept of the subject librarian team is more suitable for the reality of domestic library. On the bases of the current situation of the subject librarian, this paper puts forward the necessity of the construction of the subject librarian team, then discusses how to construct a subject librarian team and how does a subject librarian team work.
