摘要
基于文献调查法,论文分别从学术机构知识库的理论研究和实践研究两大方面,对学术机构知识库的兴起背景、定义、特点,功能、作用、问题和对策、政策法规、实践发展情况、系统技术及评价等几个角度进行综述,以期发现目前关于学术机构知识库的研究热点和研究趋势。
Based on the literature survey, this paper summarizes the background, definition, features, function, problems, counter- measures, policies, practice development, technology and evaluation of institutional repository from the two major aspects of theoretical study and practical research, aiming to find out the research hotspot and the development trends of institutional repository.
