摘要
以某车型保险杠为例,在满足高强度钢板热成型要求的前提下,采用热成型高强度钢保险杠单横梁代替原辊压成型的普通钢保险杠双横梁,并利用SiPESC软件对该保险杠单横梁截面进行了多目标优化。与优化前相比,虽然优化后的热成型保险杠单横梁吸能略有下降,但比吸能增加了5.3%,加速度峰值降低了12.3%,大大提高了其耐撞性。
Under the precondition of meeting the hot forming requirement of high-strength steel sheet, the original roll-formed double bumper beams with conventional steel sheet is replaced by the new hot-formed single bumper beam with high strength steel sheet. Then multi-objective optimization of the beam section is performed by software SiPESC. The results show that, although energy absorption level of the optimized hot-formed single bumper beam with high strength steel sheet declines slightly compared with the one prior to optimization, yet specific energy absorption rises by 5.3 %, acceleration peak value drops by 12.3 %, which greatly improves crashworthiness.
