摘要
为了探明油松人工林的土壤呼吸特征以及温度对土壤呼吸的影响,利用Li-6400-09土壤呼吸室,测定并分析了河北平泉地区油松人工林的土壤呼吸变化特征。结果表明:油松人工林土壤呼吸日动态变化规律呈现为单峰曲线,最大值出现在14:00~16:00,最小值出现在6:00~8:00,其变化滞后于气温变化,与土壤温度的变化较为一致:凋落物呼吸占土壤呼吸总量的23.83%;温度是油松人工林土壤呼吸的主要影响因子,地表温度、土壤深度5cm的温度、土壤深度10cm的温度与土壤日均呼吸速率存在极显著的指数关系,温度敏感性指数为1.31-3.19。
The experiment was conducted to measure the variation of soil respiration to reveal the characteristics of the soil respira- tion of Pinus tabulaeformis plantation and the influence of temperature by Li-6400-09 in Pingquan, Hebei Province. The daily variation of Rsoil shows a mono-peak trend, with its peak occurred from 14:00 to 16:00 and the minimum value from 6:00 to 8:00. This change synchronizes with the change of soil temperature, but lags behind that of air temperature. The carbon di- oxide released from leaf litter accounts for 23.3% of the total soil respiration. Temperature is a main factor for soil respira- tion of P. tabulaeformis plantation. Rsoil and soil temperatures at soil surface, 5em depth and 10cm depth are significantly correlated with an exponent relationship (P〈0.01 ), and the estimated temperature sensitivity index Q10 is 1.31-3.19.
