摘要
文章通过对典型阶梯细长轴的加工难点和工艺分析,编制了能够保证加工质量的工艺,并对加工过程中的质量控制要点进行了介绍,解决了细长轴加工难度大,质量难控制的问题。
The article analysed machining difficulties and process of typical ladder slender shaft,and work out crafts- manship ensuring processing quality, and introduced the quality control points of the processing and solved the problem of difficult processing and difficult quality control for slender shaft.
