摘要
[目的]总结脊髓栓系综合征(TCS)病人手术后脑脊液漏的观察与护理。[方法]对21例TCS病人行外科手术治疗后进行体位护理、切口护理、心理护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理等护理措施。[结果]无一例病人发生脑脊液漏,均治愈顺利出院。[结论]TCS病人手术后加强脑脊液漏的观察与护理,严格实施护理措施,可预防脑脊液漏的发生,最大限度地恢复脊髓神经功能。
Objective：To summarize the observation and nursing care of ce- rebrospinal fluid leakage in patients with tethered cord syndrome after sur gery. Methods. A total of 2t cases of TCS patients after undergoing surgi- cal treatment received postural care, wound care, psychological care, diet care, skin care and other care measures. Results. no cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred, all patients were cured and successfully discharged. Con- clusion.The observation and care were strengthened for TCS patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage after surgery, strict implementation of nursing interventions can prevent the occurrence of cerebrospinal fluid leakage and make the recovery of neurological function maximizely
