摘要
在酸性介质中加入乙醇等催化剂使NO_2^-迅速分解,生成的NO_2气体对紫外光具有强烈吸收并有良好的定量关系。在原子吸收光谱仪上进行测定,检出极限(3σ)0.7ng/ml,相对标准偏差<1%,5种水样加标回收率98~103%,方法用于多种水样的日常分析,结果满意。
A rapid, sensitive and accurate method for determining NO_2^- with gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry was proposed. In the acidic medium, NO_2^- was decomposed rapidly by alcohol as a catalyst. The absorbance maximum of NO_2 was at 200~300nm. The detection limit is 0.7ng/ml, the relative standard deviations for 0.025 and 200μg/ml of NO_2^- are 0.90 and 0.66%, respectively, the recovery is 98~103%. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of NO_2^- in the variety of water with satisfactory results.
