摘要
根据国内外现代住宅的发展趋势，阐述了新型住宅应具备的基本功能和结构型式。在对我国各种新型住宅结构体系进行比较的基础上，探讨了有发展前途、适合于大开间灵活分隔住宅的结构体系：采用空心叠合板与砼空心砌块充填的异形柱框轻结构。
Based on the latest developments of modem residential buildings at home and overseas, this article describes the basic functions and structure systems of residential buildings of new types. .With all kinds of structure systems of residential buildings of the latest types compared, the author puts forward a structure system with future perspectives, which suits the big-bay and largespan residential buildings. The structure is a hollow concrete block structure and special-shaped column reinforced concrete frame with assembled monolithic hollow slab.
