摘要
本文介绍了基于分布式控制方案的自动化生产线的设计,利用检测和控制技术,实现自动化生产的功能。实现钢板的卷制;完成钢管在不同工位的上料和下料,实现纵缝和环缝的焊接;应用传感器检测钢管的位置及长度,完成钢管在传送线上的自动传送,自动完成在存储区的存入与取出。应用表明,提高了生产效率,节省了人力物力,使得生产更加安全可靠。
This paper introduces the design of automatic production line based on distributed control scheme. With application of inspection and control technology,automation production function can be realized, which insists of steel plate rolling, steel pipe loading and unloading at different positions, and the welding of the longitudinal and circumferential seams of steel pipe. By using sensors position and length of steel pipe is detected, automatic transfer of steel in transmission line, automatic deposit and removal in the storage area can be realized. The result shows that it can improve production efficiency, save manpower and material resources, and make production more safe and reliable.
