摘要
资助育人工作是高校思想政治教育的重要内容之一。高校资助育人联动机制的建构,对于构建和谐社会、促进教育公平和提高大学生人才培养质量具有重要意义和作用。本文立足于和谐校园建设过程中贫困生资助工作研究,着力构建资助育人工作的需求机制、决策机制、实施机制、评估机制、激励机制以及保障机制,积极探索高校资助育人工作的新路径,以取得新成效。
The ＂Aid and Education＂ work is one of the important parts of ideological and political education in colleges. The construction of linkage mechanisms of ＂Aid and Education＂ work in college is of great significance and function on the aspects of building harmonious society, promoting equity in education and improving the qualities of college students. Based on the research of aiding poor students in the process of constructing harmonious campus, this article puts emphasis on the research of funding a series of mechanisms in ＂Aid and Education＂ work, the mechanisms of demanding, decision-making, implementing, assessing, incentivizing and protecting, aiming to actively explore new routes of ＂Aid and Education＂ work in colleges and get greater achievements.
