摘要
现代大学制度是现代大学的制度根基,现代大学是现代大学制度的主体,学术性是大学的根本特质,现代大学制度的形态具有多样性和特色性。当前,对于我国现代大学制度建设尽管达成了表面上的某些共识,但基于浪漫主义的纯学术立场、秉承经验主义的移植思潮以及多元主义的逻辑思辨视角,使得现代大学制度建设存在路径缺陷。应坚持功能论视角,将现代大学制度作为大学发展的基本导向、大学精神的重要依托、大学稳健运行的制度保障、促进知识创新的持久动力、校园深层文化建设的直接依据以及实现大学服务社会发展的重要载体,建立符合我国大学发展需要的现代大学制度。
