摘要
甘肃岷县漳县6.6级地震发生之后,笔者亲赴灾区,对此次地震受灾较重的宕昌县进行震害评估。经过数天的现场考察,笔者认为,宕昌县县、乡、村三级组织的协调合作、震害评估小组科学的表格设计以及主观抽样调查方法,是此次震害评估快速取得较为准确成果的关键因素;宕昌县的房屋结构以及房屋建筑地点的不合理,是造成宕昌县震害严重的主要原因。
Just after the Minxian-Zhangxian 6.6 earthquake, the authors went to Tanchang county, a heavier damaged area by the quake, and made damage assessment. After several day＇ s on-site survey, it is concluded that key factors to getting such an accurate assessment re- sult quickly are well organized coordination and cooperation among Dangchang County, township and village levels, scientific form designed by assessment team and scientific sampling methods adopted. In addition, serious damages in Dangehang County are mainly due to unreason- able housing structures and bad construction sites.
