阐述了多组分中高档彩纱面料的高效短流程染色加工工艺及其功能整理,探讨了工艺流程的操作、主要工序以及生产控制,并指出了染色工艺,在柔软和定型工序对其进行功能整理,并指出了加工工艺。特别指出在功能整理时应注意的操作要点。
High-efficiency short process and functional finishing for multi-component upscale color yarn fabrics have been illustrated. Procedure operation, main steps, production control and dyeing process were discussed. Functional finishing and the processing technology for the fabrics was also performed during softening and setting procedures. Operation essentials and attentions in functional finishing were particularly pointed out.
