摘要
为了在棉纱染色时提高染料的利用率,研究了阳离子改性剂Q-1对棉纱的处理工艺。最佳处理工艺为:改性剂Q-1 7 g/L,48%的烧碱0.8 g/L,温度70℃,时间30 min,浴比1︰30。检测了改性棉纱的染色效果,发现其强力、白度和毛效能满足后续加工的要求,得色量比未改性棉纱要高10%左右,但是摩擦牢度较低,需要进一步研究。
In order to improve the utilization rate of dyes in cotton yarn dyeing, modification treatment of cationic modifier Q-1 on cotton yarn was researched. The optimized process was that the yarns were dyed at 70 ~C for 30 min in bath ratio of 1 : 30 containing 7 g/L Q-1 and 48% sodium hydroxide 0.8 g/L. The dyeing properties test of the modified yarn showed that the strength, whiteness and capillary effect of the yarn met the requirements of subsequent process, and the color yield of modified yarn was about 10% higher than that of untreated cotton yarn. However, the rubbing fastness of modified yarn was low, which needs further research.
