摘要
本文用线性扫描吸附伏安法研究了镍(Ⅱ)与2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)络合物在悬汞电极上的伏安特性及机理。发现电极反应为吸附在电极表面的Ni(Ⅱ)L_2的不可逆还原。0.08mol/L NH_3/NH_4Cl 介质中,络合物峰电流与 Ni(Ⅱ)浓度在4.0×10^(-9)~1.6×10^(-7)范围内呈线性,并将此法用于人发中镍的测定。
The behaviour of nickel(Ⅱ)with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyidylazo)-5-diethylaminophe- nol(5-Br-PADAP)complex〔Ni(Ⅱ)L_2〕has been investigated at a hanging mercury drop electrode in NH_3/NH_4Cl.The adsorption phenomena were observed by linear sweep voltam- metry.The electrode reaction was the irreversible reduction of Ni(Ⅱ)L_2 adsorbed on the surface of the electrode in 0.08 mol/L NH_3/NH_4Cl.The peak current is directly propor- tional to the concentration of Ni(Ⅱ)over the range of 4×10^(-9)~1.6×10^(-7)mol/L.This me- thod has been applied to the determination of Ni(Ⅱ)in samples of human hair.
