摘要
【目的】探讨现代信息技术在我国农业科技成果转化中的应用现状,为现代农业技术推广提供参考和借鉴,提高我国农业科技成果转化率。【方法】通过分析我国农业科技成果转化现状和问题、现代农业信息技术的应用及缺陷,提出相应的对策建议。【结果】我国农业科技成果供应充足,但由于科研成果成熟度较低、推广体制不健全、农业分散经营等因素,转化率较低;现代网络信息技术蓬勃发展加速了农业科技成果的转化,但仍面临基层群众利用网络学习的意识不强,信息本身缺乏实用性且形式单一、缺乏互动等问题。【建议】加强宣传、培训工作,引导基层群众利用现代信息技术辅助生产的积极性;加强农业信息需求调研,提高信息实用性、突出地域性;建立资源共享平台,建立农民、专家、政府之间的直接交流机制;强化政府作用,鼓励知识服务型企业参与农业信息化建设的积极性,多渠道提升我国农业科技成果转化率。
[Objective]The application status of modem science and technology in scientific achievement transforma- tion of China agriculture was explored to improve agricultural science and technology transformation rate and provide refer- ences for the promotion of modem agricultural information technology. [ Method ] Corresponding suggestions were put forward through analyzing the current situation and problems of our agricultural science and technology achievements as well as the application and defects of modem agricultural information technology. [Result]There was an adequate supply of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, but the conversion rate was lower, because of the lower maturation of scientific research achievements, no sound promotion system, and decentralized management. The vigorous development of the modem network information technology accelerated the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. But agricultural informationization faced various problems, such as low awareness of learning of network in- formation, lack of practical information itself and diversity, and insufficient website interaction. [Suggestion ]We should promote agricultural science and technology achievement transformation via multi-channels, strengthen agricultural infor- mation demand research, guide grassroots＇ incentive to utilize modem science and technology in production, improve practical information, stress localization, establish a resource sharing platform, set up a direct communication mechanism among farmers, experts and the authorities, cement the role of the government, boost the enthusiasm of knowledge service firms so that agricultural science and technology achievement transformation rate could be improved in China.
