摘要
【目的】明确小头钩白蚁[Ancistrotermes dimorphus(Tsai et Chen)]菌圃在蔗田土层中的空间分布规律,为白蚁蚁巢的找寻和巢群大小的确定提供科学依据。【方法】在广西崇左市驮卢镇和江州镇的甘蔗田中,在小头钩白蚁的发生区域设置7块样地,每块样地采用棋盘式抽样法取样,采用聚集度指标法和回归模型法分别测定小头钩白蚁菌圃在蔗田的空间分布型。【结果】小头钩白蚁的菌圃在甘蔗田中的分布主要属聚集分布,一般分布于地表下5.4~54.2cm的土层中,菌圃在10.0~39.9 cm的土层内分布较集中,约占菌圃总数量的89.16%。【结论】小头钩白蚁的菌圃在蔗田土层中具有明显的垂直分布规律,其空间分布型为聚集分布。
[ Objective]The spatial distribution pattern of fungus gardens of Ancistrotermes dimorphus (Tsai et Chen) in sugarcane fields was studied in order to provide scientific references for searching the termite nest group and determin- ing its nest size. [ Method ]Seven sample plots were designated in sugarcane fields of Tuolu Town and Jiangzhou Town in Chongzuo City of Guangxi. For each sample plot, the methods of chessboard sampling, aggregation indices and regression model were used to determine the spatial distribution pattern of fungus gardens of A. dimorpbus in sugarcane fields. [ Re- sult]The results showed that the fungus gardens of A. dimorphus were distributed in clusters in sugarcane fields. They usu- ally occurred from 5.4 to 54.2 cm below the ground surface, with 89.16% occurring from 10.0 to 39.9 cm below the sur- face. [ Conclusion ] In the sugarcane fields, the fungus gardens of A. dimorphus were obviously distributed in vertical, and the spatial distribution pattern of the fungus gardens was aggregate distribution.
