摘要
桑色素-Be 荧光体系中加入β-CD(β-环糊精)后,由于β-CD 的包结作用,反应选择性明显改善。小体积有机分子——苯的少量加入,使β-CD 的包结更加紧密,不仅选择性得到改善,且荧光反应灵敏度显著提高。此项研究,尚未见报道。因此本文结合实验结果,对其中小体积有机分子的作用进行了探讨。
A highly sensitive fluorescence reaction of beryllium with β-cyclodextrin was studied in morin aqueous solution in the presence of a little benene.The fluorescence maximum of inclusion complex is at 400 The linear range is 2~8ng Be/25ml and 0.01~ 0.02μg Be/25ml,the detection limit is 0.19 ppb,The method has been applied to the determination of trace Be in ores.
