MR序列化指令扫描可提高非镇静脊柱侧弯患者的图像质量

摘要 目的研究基于序列的指令对非镇静脊柱侧弯患者磁共振图像质量的影响。方法自2012年1月1日。2013年5月30日,对100例非婴幼儿无需镇静的脊柱侧弯患者,包括老年退变型患者,行MR检查,采用随机双盲分组实验,分序列化指令组及对照组,每组50例,采用双盲法评估图像质量,评估序列化指令对MR图像质量的影响。结果序列化指令组MR图像可诊断率为96%,其中图像质量优达88%;对照组MR图像可诊断率为85%,其中图像质量优为60%,P=0.036、P=0.001,结果显示二者差异有统计学意义。结论序列化指令可显著提高非镇静脊柱侧弯患者MR检查的图像质量,在非镇静脊柱侧弯患者MR检查中有重要价值。 Objective To study the impact of protocol-based MRI on image quality in non-sedated patients with scoliosis. Methods From 1/1/2012 through 5/30/2013, 100 patients with scoliosis were randomized into protocol-based group (50) and control group (50) for the MRI. The image quality of both groups was evaluated without knowledge of the clinical or imaging findings. Results The images were diagnostic in 96% of the protocol-based group, significantly higher than the 85% in the control group (P = 0.036). The image quality was good in 88% of the protocol-based group, significantly higher than the 60% in the control group (P = 0.001). Conclusions Protocol-based MRI improves the image quality in non-sedated patients with scoliosis.
