摘要
[摘要]目的探讨一期采用髋关节前路行双侧全髋关节置换术（totalhipreplacement，THR）治疗双侧股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法2005年5月一2010年11月一期采用髋关节前路行双侧THR治疗双侧股骨头缺血性坏死23例46髋，观察术后髋关节功能和并发症。结果23例均获得随访，随访时间3～41个月。根据Harris评分系统评定，优良率91．3％（42／46）。结论一期采用髋关节前路行双侧THR治疗双侧股骨头缺血性坏死临床疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of bilateral total hip arthroplasty by anterior ap- proach in the treatment of bilatend osteonecrosis of femoral heads. Methods 23 patients （46 hip joints） with bilateral osteonecrosis of femoral heads were treated with bilateral total hip arthroplasty by anterior ap- proach from May 2005 to November 2010. And the postoperative hip joint functions and complications were observed as well. Results All cases had been followed up from 3 to 41 months, and the excellent and good rate was 91.3 % （42/46） according to the Harris Scoring System. Conclusions It shows good and stable efficacy of the bilateral total hip arthroplasty by anterior approach in the treatment of pa- tients with bilateral osteonecrosis of femoral head.
