摘要
本文对经济主权的实质、内容和特征进行探讨 ,并从中外双边投资条约的内容入手 ,对我国坚持经济主权原则之体现和弊漏作出分析 ,提出经济主权之实现应注意的问题。
The thesis copes with the essence, content as well as the attribute of economic sovereignty and, basing on the content of the Sino-Foreign bilateral investment, the author also analyses the embodiment and imperfect aspects of the economic sovereign principles by which China is persistently abiding. At the same time, the author puts forwards some potential problems to which we should pay attention when realizing the economic sovereignty.
