摘要
光杆在上下往复运动过程中与密封器主体若产生偏、斜,将使密封盘根偏磨,密封效果变差,盘根寿命缩短。研制的一种新型抽油井光杆密封装置,采用三级盘根密封、随动调斜、偏心调偏的结构,解决了盘根磨损快,密封寿命短,原油泄漏等问题。该新型装置具有结构简单、制造成本低、废旧材料再利用、安装方便等特点。现场试验表明:该装置的密封性能可靠,使用寿命长,降低了工人的劳动强度,减少了井场污染。
It will make the packings eccentric wear,the sealing effect worse,service life short,if the rod works deflectively.A new type well-head rod sealing unit was developed with three-stage packer,dynamic adjustable oblique of the rod,turning-out by off center,and it solved the problems of the quick wear and short life of packings,leakage of oil,etc.The sealing unit has some virtues,such as an easy structure,low initial cost,recycling the old and shabby material,stalling conveniently,and so on.The oil-field testing showed that it had a stable sealing performance and a long complete alternation,lowered the load of the workers,reduced the pollution in well site,etc.
