摘要
针对固井自动混浆系统中混浆装置的驱动问题,对比分析了3种液压系统驱动方。单泵减压回路驱动系统的成本最低,单泵优先分流驱动系统的性价比最高。为了解决低温带来的问题,提出了下灰阀和高能混合器水阀的电控驱动方案。该系统应用于固井设备,提高了控制精度,操作简便,成本低,可使固井质量提高。
Regarding to driving the mixing devices of the automatic slurry mixing system in cementing units,three hydraulic system driving plans were compared.The driving system with one common hydraulic pump and one pressure reducing valve has the lowest cost,while the driving system with one priority pump dividing flows has the highest cost performance ratio.In order to solve the problems caused by low ambient temperature,the electric control and driving plan for the cement throttling valve and the water throttling valve of the high energy mixing were brought up.This system applied in the cementing units improves the control accuracy and the quality of the cementing operations,simplifies the operations and reduces the cost.
