摘要
在不压井作业时,现有的环形防喷器存在外形尺寸大、价格昂贵、不适合在带压作业装置上使用等问题。研制了一种低矮型环形防喷器。利用有限元分析方法优化了胶芯和壳体的结构和参数。该环形防喷器可密封Ф40~Ф178mm的管柱,对于Ф73、Ф89mm油管,静密封压力分别为21、25MPa。对于14MPa以内油水井,该环形防喷器过Ф73mm(27/8英寸)油管和Ф89mm(31/2英寸)油管的接箍个数分别为7个和9个。满足带压作业施工要求。
In snubbing operation,the existing annular blowout preventer is large and expensive,not suitable for using in the snubbing operation device.In view of these issues,it is necessary to develop a kind of annular blowout preventer.Using FEM,rubber core and shell of the parameters is optimized.Annular blowout preventer can seal 40~178 mm tubing diameter.For sealing φ73 mm and φ89 mm tubing,static sealing ability are 21 MPa and 25 MPa.For within 14 MPa of oil and water wells,annular blowout preventer allow φ73 mm and φ89 mm coupling to pass 7 and 9 times,meeting the snubbing operation requirements.
