摘要
本文介绍了一种新型掺 F 的 SnO_2光透电极的制备方法。测定了该电极的透光性能、电势适用范围、薄层电阻等;研究了这些性能之间的关系。实验结果表明:该掺 F 的 SnO_2电极具有透光性好、电阻小、电势适用范围宽、耐酸碱及有机溶剂等特点,是一种值得推广的光透电极。
This paper presents a new method for the preparation of optically transparent- electrode of fluorine-doped tin oxide film(SnO_2:F).The optical transparency,potential range and thin-layer resistance for the electrode were determined,and the relationship among above properties was studied.Experimental results show that the electrode has a low resistance,a high optically transparency and a widely used potential range.
