摘要 精梳机锯齿整体锡林所用梳理齿片的质量会直接影响精梳机的梳理效果。针对经典Sobel边缘检测算子存在图像边缘定位精度低和对噪声敏感等缺点,提出了一种最优Sobel算子边缘检测算法用于梳理齿片图像边缘检测。该算法在经典Sobel算子2个方向成像模板基础上增加6个方向成像模板以提高定位精度,同时通过最优阈值的选取使图像具有良好的抗噪性能。实验结果表明,该算法对梳理齿片图像边缘提取具有很好的检测精度,且抗噪能力和准确性都具有可行性和实用价值。 The quality of carding tooth on tooth cylinder in combing machine can directly influence the carding effect of the combing machine. To overcome the shortcomings of classical Sobel edge detection operator, such as low image edge positioning accuracy and sensitivity to noise, an optimal Sobel operator edge detection algorithm for carding tooth is presented in this paper. By means of adding six direction templates to the classical Sobel operator with two direction templates, the positioning accuracy of the algorithm was improved. The anti-noise performance of the image was enhanced by selection of the optimal threshold value. The results from experiments indicate that the algorithm has better detecting accuracy for carding tooth image edge extraction, and is feasible and has practical value in the anti-noise capacity and accuracy.
