血管内超声检查在冠状动脉临界病变中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 冠状动脉(冠脉)造影仍是目前诊断冠心病的“金标准”,但其所提供的二维影像仍不能真实反映血管腔的三维结构。另外,弥漫性病变导致的参考血管节段异常、造影投射角度造成的病变短缩、管腔内斑块的偏心性及造影剂注射充盈不佳等问题均可干扰对冠脉病变的评估。
