贞芪扶正颗粒对建立人工气道患者病原菌的菌群分布及耐药性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨贞芪扶正颗粒对建立人工气道患者病原菌的菌群分布及耐药性的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查研究的方法,选择在我院住院的建立人工气道患者166例作为观察对象,其中服用贞芪扶正颗粒的患者83例作为治疗组,另83例未服用贞芪扶正颗粒的患者为对照组,观察两组患者的病原菌的菌群分布、复发率、病死率及病程。结果:通过检测,治疗组鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白念珠菌等耐药菌的检出率低,而对照组高;治疗组3年复发率低,而对照组高;治疗组3年病死率低,而对照组高;治疗组病程短,而对照组长,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:贞芪扶正颗粒可以使建立人工气道患者鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白念珠菌等耐药菌的检出率降低,且可以使呼吸衰竭患者复发率、病死率降低,病程缩短,临床疗效肯定,值得推广。 Objective:zhenqi fuzheng granule on establishment of artificial airway patients pathogen flora distribution and drug resistance of impact. Methods:choose to establish artificial airway patients hospitalized 166 cases as the observation object,taking patients as a treatment of 83 cases of zhenqi fuzheng granule group and another 83 cases of patients with untreated zhenqi fuzheng for the control group, observed two groups of patients with pathogen flora distribution, relapse rate, case fatality rate and duration. Results:through detection, treatmtmt group Bowman not moving Bacillus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa fake single cell bacteria, and addicted to malt narrow food single cell bacteria, and Golden Staphylococcus, and white Candida bacteria, resistance drug bacteria of seized out rate low,and controlled group high;treatment group 3 years relapse rate low, and controlled group high;treatment group 3 years fatality rate low, and controlled group high;treatment group course short, and controlled leader, differences are has statistics meaning ( areP〈0.05 ). Conclusion : zhenqi fuzheng granule enables creation of Acinetobacter baumanni Aeinetobacter in patients with artificial airway,bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa,stenotrophomonas maltophilia narrow food single cell bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, and other lower detection rates of drug-resistant bacteria, and can reduce the relapse rate, case fatality rate of patients with respiratory failure and shortened course, clinical, and worth promoting.
