摘要
目的:通过手工与超声不同结合方式的清洗方法,对比口腔科各种车针的清洗效果,找出有效的清洗方法。方法:将临床使用频率高的扩大针300个随机分为A、B、C组各100各,分别采取3种不同的清洗方法,即单纯手工清洗,单纯超声机清洗,手工+超声机清洗,观察清洗效果。结果:采取光源放大镜检查方法,观察扩大针螺纹处有无可见的残留物。A组有细小的残留物,清洗合格率79%,B组有棉球丝缠绕,清洗合格率91%,C组合格率98%。3组合格率比较差异有统计学意义。结论:口腔科各种带螺纹针(车针,扩大针,拔髓针)采用多酶侵泡+手工清洗+超声清洗方法,是3种清洗方式中效果最好的一种。
Objective： To compare different cleaning effect of different dental burs by the way of manual combination with ultrasonic, and then to find out the effective cleaning method. Methods：300 enlargement needles with high clinical use frequency were divided into A, B, C groups, 100 in each group,to clean the needles by manual,ultrasonic machine and the two together respectively, and to observe the cleaning effect. Results：light magnifying glass inspection methods was taken to observe if there were visible residue in the thread of the needle, there is htde residue in A group, with qualified rate of 79%, group B with cotton ball wire winding, and the qualified rate is 91% ,the qualified rate of group C is 98%. The comparision of qualified rates in three groups was statistically significant. Conclusion：the cleaning method of immersion with multiple enzyme combined with manual cleaning and ultrasonic is the most effective method.
