摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗葡萄膜炎的疗效。方法:选择我院2012年1月至2012年12月76例葡萄膜炎患者随机分为两组,结合组38例患者采用中西医结合治疗,对照组38例采用西药治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果:结合组显效33只眼,有效10只眼,总有效率达95.56%;对照组显效19只眼,有效11只眼,总有效率为69.77%;结合组治疗效果明显好于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗辩证分型,根据个性化的原理遣方选药,标本兼治,使治疗效果得到明显提高。
Objective：To observe the Integrative Medicine uveitis effect. Methods： Our hospital in January 2012 -2012 December 76 cases of uveitis patients were randomly divided into two groups combined group of 38 patients were treated with the combination therapy, the control group of 38 cases with western medicine treatment for both groups for comparison. Results： The combined group that were 33 eyes, 10 eyes effectively,the total effective rate was 95.56% ;control group that were 19 eyes,ll eyes effectively,the total effective rate was 69.77% ;combined treatment group was significantly better than the control group ,the difference was significant, with statistical significance P〈0.05. Conclusion： Integrative Medicine dialectical type,according to the principles laid personalized party drug selection, treating the symptoms, the treatment effect has been markedly improved.
