摘要
在分析首都经济圈文化发展现状与特点的基础上,提出提升区域文化软实力的总体战略,并从发挥首都带动作用角度,从文化体制改革、文化资源保护利用、文化科技融合、文化产业合作等方面,提出以北京国家文化中心建设引领首都经济圈文化大发展大繁荣的路径。
