摘要
考察了影响石油钻井液中表面活性剂性能的因素,如无机盐的质量分数、pH值、环境温度等。研究表明:氯化钠能有效降低阴离子表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度和最低表面张力,具有协调增效作用,而对非离子表面活性剂的影响程度较弱;酸碱度对阴离子表面活性剂的影响较大,而对非离子表面活性剂影响不明显;环境温度升高,能不同程度地提高表面活性剂的表面活性。
The influencing factors such as the mass fraction of inorganic, pH value, and environmental temperature on the perform- ance of several common surfactants used in drilling fluid are investigated. The results show that sodium chloride can reduce the critical micelle concentration and the minimum surface tension of anionic surfactant, but it influences the non-ion surfactants weakly. The pH value affects the anionic surfactants seriously, hut it has unconspicuous effects on the non-ion surfactants. The rising of environment temperature improves the surface activity of surfactants at the different level.
