摘要
为了应用有限元形状优化方法,获得材料力学中简支梁的等强度梁结构,我们首先建立简支梁的平面有限元模型,进行形状优化,得到了平面等强度梁的结果;然后建立三维简支梁的有限元模型,计算得到形状优化的三维等强度梁结果。将材料力学中等强度梁与有限元形状优化结果比较可知,两者结论一致。进而,如果选择不同的优化区域则可以得到不同的结果。这说明应用有限元形状优化方法建立等强度梁,可以方便学生理解材料力学等强度梁的内容,激发学习兴趣。
In order to get an equi-strength beam shape with the shape optimization of finite element meth- od,what we have done is as follows:A simple supported beam in the plain finite element model is built and the model is solved by the shape optimization function. Then the three-dimensional finite element modeling of simplesupported beam is establishment. The resultof shapeoptimization of three dimensional equi-strength beamsis calculated. Comparing theory of the material mechanics with those results in finite element method, the conclusions are the same. By deduction, if you select a different optimal range the resultis different. The method shows that the students can easily understand the contents and it can also stimulate the student's study interest.
