摘要
为了探索LD光源在红外线到可见光范围以及各个领域的应用;主要通过研究以传递信息为目的的信息型激光器,例如光纤通信中使用的半导体激光器的应用;结果得到半导体激光器具有效率高、体积小、重量轻、价格低等优点,使连续输出波长涵盖了红外线到可见光范围,并在激光通信、激光制导、激光打印、激光印刷领域得到应用。半导体激光器发展方向主要是围绕着降低阈值电流密度、延长工作寿命、实现室温连续工作3个方面进行。
In order to explore the LD light source in the infrared to visible range as well as the various fields of application. Mainly through studies to pass information for the purpose of information type laser, such as a semiconductor laser used in optical fiber communication application. Semiconductor lasers with high efficiency, small size, light weight and low price, the continuous output wavelength covering the infrared to the visible light range, and laser communications, laser-guided, laser printing areas to be used. Semiconductor laser main direction of development around the lower threshold current density, longer working life, work continuously at room temperature three aspects.
