摘要
以某30万t/a尿素装置为例,分析了尿素装置原始开车时成品中缩二脲含量异常超高的原因;提出了相应的解决办法;总结了尿素装置原始开车时应注意的问题和事项。
Taking an urea plant with a capacity of 300,000 t/a as an example, author has analyzed the reason for unusually ultrahigh content of biuret during original commission in urea plant, has presented the appropriate solution method ; has summarized the problems and matters to be noticed during o- riginal commission in urea plant.
