摘要
定性地分析了振动攻丝的运动机理和工艺系统动力学特性 ,指出脉冲状切削力是造成切削力均值大幅度降低和系统刚性增强的主要原因。根据振动攻丝基本原理 ,研制出具有振动攻丝功能的振动攻丝卡头 ,并利用该卡头对振动攻丝切削力和螺纹加工精度进行了系统的实验研究。结果表明 ,采用振动攻丝 ,其切削力呈现出理想的波形化效果 ,切削力平均值为普通攻丝的 1 /2~ 1 /5 ,丝锥寿命显著提高 。
This paper qualitively analyses the kinematics mechanism of vibratory tapping and dynamics features of tool working piece system and points out that the impulse cutting force is the main reason to cause a decrease in mean value of cutting force by a wide margin and an enhancement in system rigidity. Based on the basic principle of vibratory tapping, the vibratory tap chuck with vibratory tapping functions has been developed. Also, the chuck is used to conduct the test researches on the cutting force of vibratory tapping and precision of screw machining. The results indicate that by adopting vibratory tapping, the cutting force appears to have an ideal wave pattern effect; the mean value of cutting force is only one fifth to half of the traditional tapping; and the tap life is remarkablly raised; and the precision of screw machining is obviously improved.
