摘要
根据某工厂粗HCl净化能力的现状,运用Aspen模拟软件对比分析改造现有压缩机能力、增加氯苯脱除塔及直接深冷三种技改方案;根据工厂实际情况,确定采用直接深冷的方案并成功投入运行,与改造现有压缩机能力相比,节省投资约530万元。
Based on the current situation of crude HCI purification Capacity of a factory and with Aspen software, comparatively analyzed the three transformation schemes, which were transforming the existing compressor capacity, adding ehlorobenzene removing cohmm and direct deep cooling. According to the actual Situation of the factory, adopted the third plan and put it into operation successfillly. Compared to transforming the existing compressor capacity, direct deep cooling could save 5.3 million yuan.
