摘要
目的 通过对离体牙的测试来寻找最高抗压强度的修复牙。方法 通过基底材料与修复材料厚度比的变化制成各种实验模型,分别加压测试。结果 三种不同深度的洞型均显示银汞厚度大于基底厚度时抗压强度最大,深洞修复要控制次基厚度;树脂修复时,三种模型显示树脂与基底厚度相近或树脂厚度大于基底厚度时抗压强度相似。结论 银汞修复时要控制基底材料的厚度。
Objective The study is looking for the highest resistance modle by test extracted tooth. Methods Press the modle which is made of different proportion thickness in both materials and record the results. Results All three modle in different deep showed :1. the highest resistance obtained when the thickness of amalgam is thicker than basement; 2. the resistance is similar whether the thickness of two materials is equal or the thickness of composite is thicker than basement. Conclusion The highest resistance would be obtained while the thickness of basement is lower than amalgam and the thickness of sub -basement must be controlled in deep cave.
