摘要
如何通过实践教学培养合作企业"定岗"岗位所需要的素质和能力,健雄职业技术学院物流管理专业对实践教学目标体系构建进行了积极探索和研究。借鉴DACUM职业分析法,以定岗"岗位需求为导向,以职业能力培养为主线,形成了由综合能力、专项能力、能力要素和能力目标组成的实践教学目标体系,对高职院校具有一定的借鉴作用。
In this paper, using the DACUM vocation analysis method and with the demand of a ＂fixed post＂, we focused on the training of the professional competence and formed the practical teaching target system consisting of the comprehensive competence, dedicated competence, competence elements and competence target.
