摘要
从供应链管理视角研究了退货逆向物流流程的管理优化。在对相关研究文献和成果进行回顾和总结的基础上,提出了供应链管理下生产制造企业退货逆向物流运作的基本流程。指出退货逆向物流流程管理优化具有经济、社会价值等多方面的价值,并就其每个方面的表现和作用机制进行了分析,最后展望了供应链管理导向下企业退货逆向物流流程管理优化的发展方向。
In this paper, from the perspective of supply chain management, we studied the optimization of the reverse logistics process in product return, then on the basis of a review of previous literatures, proposed the basic procedures of the manufacturing enterprises＇ product return reverse logistics and pointed out that the optimization of the process was of both economic and social value. Then we analyzed the presentation and functional mechanism of the value and forecast the future direction of studies in this field.
