摘要
研究烟气粉尘脱硫检测系统的气桥传感器。计算由于烟气含硫化合物及粉尘浓度动态的变化引起的桥臂气阻的变化, 阐述非线性气阻的平衡条件和不平衡的信号输出。文中讨论应用气桥原理制造检测元件及气桥和温度传感器的关系。
This paper has presented a research on the pneumatic bridge sensor of the detection system for sulfur removal from flue gas and dust; the calculation of the variation of air resistance for the pneumatic bridge arm caused by dynamic change of consistency of sulfide and dust contained in the flue gas; the exposition of equilibrium condition and the unbalanced output signals of the nonlinear air resistance; the manufactory of detection elements by pneumatic bridge principles; the relation between the pneumatic bridge and the temperature sensor; and finally, the application of sulfur removal and dust collection from flue gas to the improvement of industrial environment.
