放电等离子法制备水泵叶轮抗汽蚀涂层

摘要 利用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术在水泵《轮(45钢)基体上制备了Ni基合金涂层,以增加水泵《轮片表面的抗汽蚀及耐磨性。分析测试了涂层及界面的组织和性能,并与基体比较,结果表明:涂层与基体钢连接良好,抗拉强度为700 MPa;涂层表面硬度和体积磨损率分别为64.32 HRC和5.43伊10-2cm3/h,而基体45钢分别为34~38 HRC和1.09伊10-1cm3/h;涂层密度为7.75 g/cm3,与基体相当;《轮的表面物理性能得到提高。 Ni-based self-fluxing alloy coatings were prepared on pump impeller (45 steel) substrate by spark plasma sintering(SPS).in order to increase the pump impeller surface of anti-cavitation and wear resistance.The microstructure and properties of the coating were analyzed, and compared with the matrix.The results showed that:the value of intensity of tension between coating and substrate steel was 700 MPa with good combination.The case hardness and volumetric wear rate of coating were 64.32 HRC and 5.43×10-2 cm3/h ,respectively.In comparison ,the values of matrix of 45 steel were 34-38 HRC and 1.09×10-* cm3/h ,respectively.The density of coating was 7.75 g/cm3,and the same with matrix.The impeller surface physical properties were improved.
