摘要
目的评价雌二醇屈螺酮治疗绝经后相关症状的疗效。方法通过检索近10年PubMed、Science Direct、EBSCO Host、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库,对纳入文献的质量进行严格评价和资料提取,使用Review Manager 5.0软件对符合质量标准的随机对照研究(RCTs)行系统评价。结果 13个RCT共纳入1 156例患者,其中治疗组650例,对照组506例,系统评价结果显示:采用雌二醇屈螺酮治疗绝经后相关症状,相对雌激素替代疗法能显著提升疗效[RR=-11.89,95%CI(-13.06,-10.72)],相对安慰剂疗法能显著提升疗效[RR=-12.99,95%CI(-14.46,-11.52)]。结论雌二醇屈螺酮可显著提升绝经后心悸症状的疗效,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of estradiol drospirenone on the postmenopausal symp-toms of women .Methods We searched the PubMed ,Science Direct ,Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews , EBSCO Host ,EMbase ,CNKI ,CECDB and CQVIP to collect randomized controlled trials （RCTs） .The quality of RCTs was critically appraised and data were extracted by reviewers independently .Meta analysis was conducted for the eligible RCTs by the Review Manager 5 .0 software .Results Thirteen RCTs ,which enrolled 1 156 pa-tients （650 patients in treatment group and 506 patients in control group） ,were included in this systematic re-view .Compared with the hormone therapy or versus placebo therapy ,the effectiveness of estradiol drospirenone on the postmenopausal symptoms was better [ RR = -11.89 ,95% CI （-13 .06 ,-10 .72 ）;RR = -12.99 , 95% CI （-14.46 ,-11.52） ,all P 〈0.01] .Conclusion The estradiol drospirenone can significantly enhance the treated effect on the postmenopausal symptoms of women .
