摘要
制造过程中信号的分析和特征信号的提取是系统运行状态监测的关键技术。为保证在线监测的准确性和故障诊断的可靠性 ,文章讨论了适于镗削过程特点的监测传感器的选择。
s:The signal analyzing and characteristic signal picking up in manufacturing process are key techniques for monitoring the system operating status. This paper discusses the selection and combination of sensors suitable for monitoring boring process and method for picking up the characteristic information in accordance with time field and frequency field, in order to ensure the precision of on line monitoring and reliabi lity of trouble shooting.
