摘要
针对低温加工过程的复杂性、精确数学模型难以建立的特点 ,提出低温加工控制的模糊智能化方法 ,设计了参数自调整的智能积分 Fuzzy控制器。试验仿真结果表明 ,这种控制器兼顾了稳定性及快速性 。
s:A fuzzy intelligent method is suggested for machining control in low temperature and an intelligent integration Fuzzy controller, in which the parameters can be self adjusted, is designed on the basis of the complexity of machining process in low temperature and difficulty in building an accurate mathematic model. The results of experiment and simulation show that the controller has taken account of both stability and rapidity, and a satisfied control efficiency is achieved.
