摘要
建立气相色谱-质谱联用同时测定饮料中15种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测方法。样品采用正己烷萃取后直接测定,采用HP-SMS毛细管色谱柱对邻苯二甲酸酯分离,GC/MS测定,外标法定量。邻苯二甲酸酯的线性相关系数r大于0.994,回收率在91.2%~101.7%之间,相对标准偏差均在1.8%~4.8%之间。该方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度和准确度高,适用于饮料样品中多种邻苯二甲酸酯残留量的同时检测。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method has been developed to determine fifteen phthalate esters in beverage. Sample can be measured directly after extraction using n-hexane. A HP-5MS capillary chromatographic column can be used for the separation of phthalate esters. And the analysis was performed by GC/MS. The external calibrations were used for the quantification. All their correlation coefficients (R) are larger than 0. 994, and their recovery rates are in the range of 91.2% - 101.7 %, and with relative standard deviations (RSD)in the range of 1.8% ~ 4. 8%. The method is simple ,rapid, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of residual phthalate esters in beverage samples.
