摘要
本文叙述了以石墨作基底电极,二茂铁以吸附的形式修饰在石墨表面上,附上酶膜,构成一个葡萄糖氧化酶电极。该电极的电流响应线性范围为2~30×10^(-3)mol/L,且具有良好的稳定性。
An amperometric enzymic electrode for the determination of glucose is described. The electrode is prepared by adsorption of ferrocene as a mediator and attachment of glucose oxidase membrane on the surface of a graphite electrode. The results show that a linear current response of the electrode is in the range of 2~30mmo1/L glucose and it has good stability in buffer solution.
