摘要 提出用准三维流体数学模型构造双含水层系统的响应矩阵 ,将线性规划用于解决双含水层系统地下水资源的管理问题 .所建模型对于综合管理双含水层系统地下水资源 ,防止地下水环境的恶化是一个十分有价值而实用的工具 .模型用于解决淮北市地下水资源管理的计算实例 。 In this paper a numerical quasi-three-dimensional simulation model was introduced to govern the flow of the system. Then the method was presented for constructing response matrix approach in a two-aquifer system by employing the simulation model and treated two-objective management problems as a linear programming problem in order to solve it easily. The developed management model is a powerful tool for controlling comprehensively the groundwater resources of a two-aquifer system and for preventing the deterioration of the groundwater environment by observing a set of constraints determined by the hydrogeological conditions of the groundwater aquifers. Finally the model was employed to optimize the groundwater resource in Huaibei city, Anhui province, and satisfactory result was obtained.
